This class is for you if you are:

  • want to feel more prepared to handle stressful situations
  • ready to learn and practice the nervous system self-soothing skills necessary for being your best self
  • already in psychotherapy or coaching and would like to add more to your healing toolbox
  • already in psychotherapy or coaching and don't have the time or space in those sessions to talk about attachment theory and nervous system self-soothing skills


Who should not take this course?

This course is not the best fit for you if:

  • you're looking for a quick fix, it takes time and practice to develop a sense of steadiness in stressful situations (remember: progress, not perfection!)
  • you're not ready to take an honest look at how you contribute to issues in your social relationships
  • you're processing traumatic events and not currently in weekly psychotherapy
  • you're experiencing thoughts of suicide

How long do I have access to the course?

You'll have access to the course for the lifetime of the course and as long as I run it.


Is this psychotherapy?

No, this course is not psychotherapy, however psychotherapy is also recommended if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or trauma-related symptoms. This course is an add-on to psychotherapy and not a replacement for it.
